You can buy the crunchiest, sweetest apples from any super market. Apple can increasing feeling of fullness works as a weight-lose strategy, as it helps manage your appetite. Apple is a simple way to lose weight easily.


2. Water is also most important for our healthy life. Drinking water is good for our skin and metabolism. Two things that affect whether or not lose weight. drink a glass of water before every meal, it will help fill you up. I hope you guys will understand importance of drink water. So we should drink more water. It’s will also help us to lose our weight easily. 


3. We should also practice 'hara hachi bu.' Hara hachi bu will help your weight lose easily. Hara hachi bu is the practice of eating to only 80% of fullness.
